Our Communication Code

 

The idea behind this communication code document is to clarify all the points which are needed in order to ensure professional, honest, objective and dedicated terms of communication between Trimar members & the customers.

 

Its main goal is to verify and explain the frame of mind we should all have with regards to objective discussions and cooperative manner we need to apply in order to improve our performance, enhance our services and strengthen our ability to teach each other and learn from one another as a team & at the same time provide the customer with the best service. 

 

The aim is to send the message to everyone that we are a team and that our growth and success depends on each other. So it is very important to always keep in mind that when there are any comments, pointers or discussions, they are all made in positive spirit and for the good of the company.

Our Internal Communication Code

 

  1. I will always recognize your value to Trimar Forwarding
  2. We will share our goals together, and we will jointly develop an achievable action plan
  3. I will respect and utilize the chain of command to resolve problems
  4. I will always give immediate feedback to make sure we understand each other
  5. I will talk ‘with you’, not ‘at you’
  6. I will listen with an open mind
  7. I will try to see the situation from all points of view
  8. I will tell you when I don’t know the answer, so together we can seek the answer
  9. I will always give you honest and sincere feedback
